This week's BARCC's Workshop was a lot more vulnerable because last week's assignment we had to write our sexual trauma story with criteria given to us during that Monday's Workshop meeting. It would be a grave understatement to say I was nervous, not because I haven't shared my story before, I wrote about being molested twice in my first self-published book titled MEMOIRS OF A FORGOTTEN CHILD but because public speaking isn't my strong suit I need the extra polishing. Thank GOD my week isn't coming up until the very last week (December 4th)! To listen to the stories of three survivors and the critiques other Survivors Speakers gave them, I recapped it for you on VIEIS_ME YouTube Channel where I speak on mental health and sexual trauma/healing. Subscribe for BARCC Chronicles and past videos about healing from mental and sexual trauma.
