Happiness 🌞

I know a superfluous topic BUT, I'm going to talk about it anyways!

What does happiness mean? According to dictonary.com Happiness is defined as 1. the quality or state of being happy or 2. good fortune; pleasure; contentment; joy. What does this mean for you? Are you happy? Do you wake up with a smile on your face or do you wake up screaming in your head FML! Do you ever think of cursing out your co-workers in some disrespectful fashion with a certain four-letter word that starts with an F? Do you ever contemplate on doing illegal activities just to get by because the way your job and life are set up right now they're influencing your possibilities, on some Breaking Bad Walter White, type thing? If this is you here's three tips to deal with day to day life and NOT commit suicide.


1.) Plan 

Plan your day with special times just for you. We all have twenty four hours in a day. However, you spend it is up to you. You probably have eight hours locked down to a job. An hour and a half before work to get dressed to get there. About an hour to get back from work. We just calculated ten and a half hours. That's ten and a half hours out of twenty four hours, leaving you with thirteen and a half hours to do whatever. That's more hours than you spent going, staying, and leaving work. Let's dig deeper. Out of the thirteen and a half hours, let's take six hours for sleep. That leaves you with seven and a half hours to do whatever, you've spent sixteen and a half hours already. With the seven and a half hours, what will you do? Watch reality T.V? Go to the club? Talk on the phone? Stalk people on Facebook? How about meditation? How about working on your business? How about finding your purpose? What you spend your days doing will determine your future. The choice is yours. 


2.) Hobby/Purpose

Know what your hobby/purpose is. In my daily routine, I post about my website, my book, and my videos on social media. That's a given. I also started getting back into exercising. I shoot and edit videos as well as do odd jobs here and there. Yes, it's tedious, but I do it because it makes me happy and I'm strategically building anticipation for my book. Those are things that happen daily/weekly, yet I'm not talking about other activities I do bi-weekly or monthly. So I'm consistently busy, but I know my purpose, and nothing comes before my purpose which is to tell my truth and encourage other people to tell their truth. My truth is child molestation/rape. Most of my activities are related to or are scheduled around my purpose. I focus everything I do to my purpose. I wake up and go to sleep with my purpose on my brain. Do you get it? Your purpose has to be an addiction that you want to master not overcome. When you know what you want and how to get it, it's like no other feeling or craving you ever had. Something like a high you never had but you anticipate its pleasure, just the thought of how good it is keeps you hooked for the real thing. 


3.) Appreciate

Appreciate where you're at but don't settle. It's a balancing act that you have to master daily. You might be broke as a joke right now, but you could be homeless. Be appreciative that you get food from a store and not a landfill. Now you might live in rural America or urban inner city where it's either a whole lotta nothing or a whole lotta congestive stuff and you might feel diminutive and irrelevant, know that it's not permanent. It's not the end all be all and what you are today might not be who you are tomorrow so think in the future when it comes to your future but live in reality today. Don't be walking around like you're a big time star, chiefly sporting the attitude of accomplishments when in reality you're working on draft 1. Don't get discouraged like you'll never be that big time star because who knows, you COULD be. But right now, you're not. Humble yourself and work hard so you can become that big star and WHEN you do, keep that humility. It's a likable trait.
